Style MMA conditioning routine?

I want to start training routine …. MMA style I know this is an interval training, running, bagwork, weight training, and plyometrics, but I wonder if I can Somone set up a written declaration of the routine, please follow

this routine [my shortcut up though] stretch the upper body as 5-7 minutes to make 20 bombs. wait 30 minutes 40 minutes pushups.wait bombs …. wait 50 minutes pumps … wait aminute 60 pumps … wait a minute and 70 if possible. wait two minutes to get my dumbbells. [Try to remove some that are a little difficult to remove] do 10 repetitions. Waiting one minute, another set of 10 repetitions. I can do 5 sets for. 10 -> 70 bombs, as above. 10 sets of dumbbells more now. Like three minutes later. I ATR pumps. I have not that great balance, so I sometimes use the wall. 5. 6 Wait one minute Wait a minute Wait a minute 7.wait 8 waiting 9 minutes and 10 minutes waiting a minute that is basically what I'm eating more protein OLT. About 1 gram per pound, but usually only eat 0.5 grams per kilogram. also make the classification bombs. and pulls. ur style to the mix.
