I recommend fighting. Why Why? You are in High School and (Probably if you fight at school) has an excellent opportunity to learn. You will not have a good opportunity to learn the fight out of high school and college. The fight is largely a school sport. You can not fight off at the local dojo as you all can the other arts that make up MMA. So you have a perfect opportunity to learn a sport that is a very important part of MMA, do not miss! If you do not control your school, you should consider the Brazilian jiujitsu, the presentation of Wrestling, Sambo and Judo. They all have major parts in building a good MMA fighter. I recommend facing the arts in the art of the strike and they take more time to study law. It is easier to catch a stunning art that the sale of their works. It is natural for someone to strike in a fight, but it is not as natural for fight on the ground. Therefore, none of these three would be good for you if you can not resume the fight. If you have not yet taken these arts, which would take all the Arts suppression which are good for MMA: Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Kyokushin Karate, Full-Contact Tae Kwon Do, Savate, San shou (Sanda alias) Shotokan Karate.
