A good MMA conditioning routine?

Im looking to get started in MMA, but the nearest gym is too far for me to run to 3 times a week and too expensive. I recently bought a DVD series on a variety of techniques for MMA, but now I need a good fitness / routine training. I have the edition Bodylastics strong man and a treadmill. So please help me get a good workout, the explosive power and more gas in the tank, thanks.

Buying a small medicine ball weighing 4 kg, buy a few bands that can attach to a pole, jump rope, kettle bell, and the ball more exercise than the inflatable. What I do every day is starting to heat about 5 minutes of jumping rope in a row and then switch to 5 minutes of shadow boxing which is simply Injection blow combos for 5 minutes and for 3 laps which is good and helps warm stamina.Then by the band to connect to a post or not strong enough to attach it to obtain the resistance and then put one end in one hand and on the other side, then, like that of a fist 1 minute.Do also contribute squats, abdominal segments jumps and write a lot, but if you want more information, just email I will give my email in a private message I hope this help.
