What is the MMA fighters usual diet to help lose weight?
I need to know MMA fighters usual diet for a thesis
1800 to 2000 calories, complex carbohydrates, fruits and whole grains. Lots of rice, chicken, fish, vegetables, tuna and protein supplements. This is a weight reduction of food types that you would do a month or two of a fight.
