MMA wheight lifting routine?

a large number of MMA fighters do wheight training. I read in a Magizine that Royce Gracie BJJ (my idol) wheight lifts 3 times a week and do cardio Traing four times a week. now im old boxing gym should strike and this time im JJB study. I would like wheight lifting ruitines know some might make you sweep prepairing to fight MMA. Also ruitines any cardiovascular or weekly training routines MMA in general. Now I'm just working on cardio and running byy shadow boxing investor / etc combat swimming. Any information and routines within the knowledge or of appricaited. Thank you.
