A good place for fighting arts? (MMA / Boxing)?
I live in Sacramento, but the sites and chain stores are good to know. Basically, I'm struggling latest addition to my work outs and I'm looking for some body art head gear lately mainly because I'm pretty broken. Do not really care brands, logos, etc. for something to protect his head slightly. Me and my friends have started then stripped and protective gloves Knuckle for the mouth, but not much. Any links or stores to check would be appreciated.
